Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Man Bear (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frankie Frasier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Frankie Frasier has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Man Bear's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Man Bear!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Frankie Frasier!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Ackerman and Colin Fotheringham.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bear is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Frasier.
Frasier lands a nice hook to Bear's body. Bear takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Frasier rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bear moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Bear looks for a takedown but Frasier sprawls well.
Bear wants to clinch.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Frasier uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Bear.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bear is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Frasier will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Frasier throws a right hand that Bear ducks under and follows up with a left that Bear also avoids with ease.
Frasier works over Bear's head and body with a nice combination.
Bear tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Frasier paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Frasier lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Frasier.

Man Bear is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Frasier lands with an uppercut that bounces Bear off the cage and back into rage.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Bear looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Frasier looks to land a combination but Bear avoids it well.
Frasier lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Frasier.

and Bear takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Bear throws a sloppy head kick and Frasier moves out of range easily.

and Frasier counters with a three punch combo that has Bear backing up. Bear nods at Frasier to acknowledge the strikes.

Frasier fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Bear looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Frasier falls off balance throwing a combination
and Bear counters with a left and a right that stings Frasier.
Frasier moves out of range as Bear strikes.
Frankie Frasier seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Bear wants to clinch.
Frasier moves away from the strike by Bear.

Bear gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Frasier.
Frasier misses with a jab, cross combination.
Bear is looking to clinch but Frasier is avoiding it.
Frasier throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bear.
Frankie Frasier is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Frasier looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Frasier lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Bear backs up against the cage.

and Frasier counters with a left and a right that stings Bear.

Frankie Frasier showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Frasier might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Frasier comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Frasier's corner calls for a 1-2. Frasier obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Frasier swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Bear will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

and Frasier counters with a stiff right hand.
No joy there for Bear, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Bear tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Bear closes this distance looking for a takedown but Frasier circles away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Man Bear. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Bear tries to move into range but Frasier moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Frasier scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Bear throws a hook but Frasier blocks it.
Bear looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.
Bear has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Oh Bear is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Frasier thuds his right hand into Bear's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Frasier cracks Bear with an open hand slap.
Frasier scores with a jab to the body.
Frasier's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Frasier duly obliges.
Frasier throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Bear on the side of the head.
Frasier lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Frasier lands with a big left! Bear is wobbled badly! Frasier comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Bear to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
