Frankies is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Steady as she goes. Lance Walker has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lance Walker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Edgar Frankies!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Franklyn Lucas and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frankies avoids the head kick by Walker.
Frankies gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Walker tries to pull guard but Frankies won't allow it.
Frankies pulls Walker into guard.
Frankies manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Walker manages to get himself to full guard.
Frankies trying to control but Walker is working from the bottom.

Walker will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Frankies works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Frankies trying to mount his opponent but Walker defends it.
Frankies winds up and cracks Walker with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Frankies tries to pass the half guard into mount. Walker knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Frankies throwing shots but Walker is blocking nicely.
Frankies drops an elbow to the side of Walker's head.
Frankies is nestled in close to Walker, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Frankies is controlling the pace.
Frankies slips a nice elbow through Walker's hands, connecting with Walker's forehead.
Frankies is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Frankies wants to lay and pray for a moment but Walker keeps working.
Walker is trying to control but can't.
Frankies is keen to just control but Walker is a slippery customer.
Frankies trying to pass the guard but Walker defending well.
Frankies looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Frankies passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Walker!
The referee warns Walker that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Walker is breathing heavily.
Frankies lands a big elbow - Walker is in trouble! More strikes from the mount and Walker is forced to tap out!

A relieved looking Edgar Frankies thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
