Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Stewart Dunkirk and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Mmm fails with the takedown.
Sss thinks about countering with a body kick.

Sss fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Mmm sprawls well initially but Sss persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mmm wants to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Sss controlling the pace.
Sss seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Mmm for as long as he can get away with.
Mmm is looking to control Sss's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Mmm avoid being mounted?

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Sss fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Mmm is trying to counter with his kicks.
Mmm misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Sss quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect.
Mmm stuffs the takedown.

Sss shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Mmm defends it nicely.

Sss shoots in and bounces Mmm off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Sss engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Sss won't allow Mmm to get back to his feet.

Sss slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Sss shoots in and bounces Mmm off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Sss is standing up over Mmm. Mmm looks to escape but Sss dives into side control.

Sss working the strikes but Mmm uses the opportunity to regain half guard.
Sss is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Mmm can do to turn this around?

Sss tries to pass the half guard into mount. Mmm knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Mmm pushes Sss off looking to stand but Sss dives back in and keeps control.

Mmm is trying to escape the position but Sss is controlling the position.
Sss continues to stall.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Mmm taking a bit of punishment here - Sss scoring with strikes.
Sss content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters, thinking about a standup.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

Mmm shoots in and gets a takedown into Sss's guard.
Sss is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Mmm trying to control but Sss is working from the bottom.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Sss Sss will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Mmm circles away from the clinch attempt
and Mmm counters with a head kick. That will keep Sss thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Mmm throws a head kick that misses.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sss shoots in looking for a takedown but Mmm manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Sss's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Sss closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Sss lands in his opponent's guard.

Mmm wants to get back to his feet but Sss is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Sss is stalling in the full guard.
Mmm is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Sss sitting in guard here, content to control.
Sss throwing strikes from guard but Mmm blocks nicely.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Sss stuffs the takedown.
Sss thinks about countering with a head kick.
Mmm shoots in for a double leg but Sss sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Mmm fails with a takedown attempt.
Sss is looking to counter with a body kick.
Sss Sss has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mmm Mmm.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Mmm throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Sss's waist but Sss gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Mmm off to one side.
Sss jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.

Mmm closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Sss to the mat! Sss manages to get full guard.
Sss seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Mmm Mmm has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Sss Sss is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Sss has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Sss wants to hit a sweep here but Mmm passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Sss there!

Mmm Mmm comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Sss has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
