Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Torsti Turjake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Long (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Long comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Hallowed Ground - WASP kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Steve Long has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Turjake lands with a hook. Long tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

It looks like Steve Long has been cut.
Turjake tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Long closes the distance and clinches up with Turjake, looking for a takedown. Long pushes Turjake against the cage but Turjake circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Long drops his hands momentarily and Turjake takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Long thows a body shot but no joy.
Long throws a looping overhand right but Turjake ducks down to avoid it.
The fighters circling - Long throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Long moves out of range as Turjake strikes.
Long misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Turjake.
A jab lands there for Long.
Turjake scores with a jab to the body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Turjake misses with a hook. Long ducked under it nicely.
Turjake throws a series of punches but Long moves out of range.
Long checks the leg kick.
A left lands for Turjake.

Long is rocked!
Turjake throws a jab but it's blocked by Long.
Turjake looks to throw the jab but Long is out of range.
Turjake throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Long tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Turjake misses with a straight right.
Long throws a low kick but it's checked well by Turjake.
Turjake feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Long sprawling to the canvas! Long rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Turjake finish him?!
Long is still on wobbly legs! Can Turjake finish him?
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Long is looking to clinch.
Long fails with the takedown.
Long looks gassed!
Turjake throws a low kick, looking for Long's leg but Long calmly moves out of range.
Long seems to have recovered his senses.

Turjake throws out a loose jab but Long uses good head movement to avoid it.
Long uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Turjake.
Long scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Long gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Turjake.
Long blocks a head kick by Turjake.
A swing and a miss from Long.
Long fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Turjake manages to avoid it.
Long gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Long shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Turjake but Turjake pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Torsti Turjake has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Steve Long.
Turjake misses with a straight right.
Long moves out of range of the strikes.
Turjake throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Long tumbling to the canvas!
Turjake stands up over Long, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Long keeping full guard, as Turjake tries to pass.

Turjake trying to control the action but Long is working from the bottom.

Long is looking for a sweep. Turjake is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Long is in trouble now - Turjake has advanced to mount!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Turjake trying to control but Long is having none of it.
Turjake wants to take Long's back but he can't do it this time.
Long is looking to improve his position but Turjake isn't that keen on the idea.
Turjake fails to move to back control.
Turjake cracks Long with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Long keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Turjake landing strikes from the mount.

Long is squirming around, avoiding Turjake's attempts to control the action.
Turjake scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Turjake landing punches.

Turjake stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.
Turjake throws a series of strikes that have Long backpedaling.
Turjake bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Turjake misses with an uppercut. Long saw that one coming.
Long takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Long throws a right and a left that Turjake avoids nicely.
Turjake drops Long with a left and a right! Oh, Long is hurt - Turjake dives into side control looking to finish!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Turjake cracks Long with a hook to the temple - Long is on wobbly legs here! Turjake swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Long falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Turjake wins by TKO!
