Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Isiah Adams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Raymonds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Isiah Adams!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Daniel Raymonds!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Donald Grub and James Atkins.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adams stuffs the takedown attempt from Raymonds. Raymonds gets slowly back to his feet.
Raymonds shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Adams but Adams pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Adams throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Raymonds.

and Adams counters with a single leg into guard. Raymonds didn't expect that.
Adams working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.

Adams slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

and Adams counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Raymonds's guard now.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Adams is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Adams throws a strike but Raymonds rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Raymonds wanted to stand there but Adams had control of the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Adams shoots for a takedown but Raymonds saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Raymonds throws a lazy head kick

and Adams holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Adams drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Raymonds gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Raymonds wants to break the clinch but can't.

Adams jumps guard and drags Raymonds to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Adams wants to stand and escape but Raymonds is having none of it.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Adams wriggles free and stands up.

Adams looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Raymonds!
Raymonds is really trying hard to get back to his feet.

Raymonds is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Adams thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Raymonds really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Adams. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Adams moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Raymonds has worked his arm free - good work by Raymonds!
Adams wants to lay and pray for a moment but Raymonds keeps working.

Raymonds struggling a bit here.
Raymonds pushes Adams away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Adams gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Raymonds parries the strikes from Adams easily there. Adams is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Raymonds to escape.
Raymonds is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Adams asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Adams in side control, throwing shots but Raymonds defends.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.


Raymonds takes a swing at Adams's ribcage but misses.
Daniel Raymonds seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Adams closes the distance and clinches up with Raymonds, looking for a takedown. Adams pushes Raymonds against the cage but Raymonds circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Raymonds knocks Adams to the floor with a head kick! Can he finish him!?


Adams is rocked!


It looks like Isiah Adams has been cut.
Adams is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Oh Adams is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Adams has a hand on Raymonds's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Raymonds takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!
Adams seems to have got his legs back now.
Raymonds tries to stand up but he's trapped just for the moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Adams tries to hold on but Raymonds postures up.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Adams is wriggling around trying to escape.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Raymonds can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Adams is looking to escape.
Adams is trying to escape the mount.
Adams is working hard here to advance position.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Adams is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Raymonds looking to control but Adams is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Raymonds wants to get back to his feet but Adams is holding on tight.
Adams is squirming around, avoiding Raymonds's attempts to control the action.
Adams keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

And that's the end of the fight!
Daniel Raymonds comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Adams has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
