Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Eric Osiris (ranked 1338 p4p, 1232 weight class) and Michael Carter (ranked 211 p4p, 194 weight class). Osiris comes to the cage accompanied by Erbody But Me by Tech N9ne. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looks like Eric Osiris has been cut.
Carter lands with a straight right. Osiris didn't see that one coming.
Osiris has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Primal Concrete Gym in the buildup to the fight.
Michael Carter seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Carter throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Osiris sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Carter's coach down at 88Fight Club Gym88.. 800pw (16 COACHES) was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Carter's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Osiris takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

And an attempted straight right on the counter from Carter! But no joy.
Carter throws a poor cross that misses
and Osiris counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Osiris jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.

Osiris appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.

That was a close round but I would say that Eric Osiris will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.

Some bone on bone action there as Osiris checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Eric Osiris is winning the standup battle so far.

Nice uppercut lands for Carter. That snapped Osiris's head back.
We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Carter in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.

Michael Carter's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

Osiris cracks Carter with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
