Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Khan Ore (ranked 4705 p4p, 4655 weight class) and Seth Godin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Godin shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Godin takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Ore slaps away a takedown attempt from Godin, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Godin shoots in but Ore avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Khan Ore has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Seth Godin.
Godin takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Godin doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Ore counters with a straight right hand.
Godin will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Godin is defended easily by Ore.
Ore throws a quick counter head kick but Godin was just out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ore goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Seth Godin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ore lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

Godin shoots for a double leg takedown but Ore sprawls well. He's pushed Godin's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Ore scores with a nice body kick.
Ore stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Ore wants it to stay on the feet.
Godin takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Godin is keeping his hands low and just asking to be knocked out. Ore Raises his leg and lands a stunning axe kick! Godin is out cold, face down on the mat!

Khan Ore decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
