The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stevenson avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Putangina wants to clinch up but Stevenson keeps it at a distance.
Stevenson doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
The fight stays on the outside here - Putangina looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Stevenson misses with a head kick.

Stevenson moves into the clinch.
A short uppercut from Putangina.
Putangina prevents the takedown attempt.

Putangina creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Stevenson's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Stevenson drops to his knees and Putangina pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
