Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Daron Acemoglu (ranked 695 p4p, 153 weight class) and Anwar Rinda (ranked 78 p4p, 24 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Anwar Rinda!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Shigeki Sano.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Acemoglu.
Acemoglu throws the left hand but Rinda avoids the punch easily.
Acemoglu lands a nice shot that snaps Rinda's head back.
Rinda uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Acemoglu.
No luck for Rinda with that takedown attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Acemoglu throws a right and a left that Rinda avoids nicely.
Acemoglu uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Rinda has time to react.

Rinda looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Acemoglu throws an overhand right that lands on Rinda's shoulder, as Rinda tries to avoid the shot.
Rinda looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Acemoglu misses with an uppercut
and Rinda counters with a right hand to the body.
Acemoglu throws a hook but Rinda blocks it.
Rinda doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Rinda shoots in looking for a takedown but Acemoglu manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Rinda's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Daron Acemoglu has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Anwar Rinda.
Rinda gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Acemoglu avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Rinda is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Acemoglu with a body shot.
Acemoglu lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Daron Acemoglu is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Rinda misses with a takedown attempt
letting Acemoglu counter with a right hand.
Acemoglu lands a right hook to the body.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with each other but Rinda might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Acemoglu has got the better of the exchanges.

Rinda goes for a double leg but Acemoglu avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Acemoglu continues to drive forward.
Acemoglu is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Rinda can do to turn this around?

Acemoglu swings for the body but Rinda moves out of range.
Rinda works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Rinda walks into a stiff left hand from Acemoglu.

Acemoglu closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Rinda's guard.
Acemoglu is looking to work some ground and pound but Rinda has wrist control.
Acemoglu trying to control the position from guard on top but Rinda is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Acemoglu throws an elbow that misses. Rinda uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Acemoglu's guard. Nice move by Rinda!

Acemoglu controls Rinda momentarily but Rinda frees himself.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Acemoglu is on top in guard.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Acemoglu accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Acemoglu's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Acemoglu got a little sloppy there for a moment and Rinda has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Acemoglu has managed to get both his arms back between Rinda's legs - danger averted.

Acemoglu looking to sit in guard and control but Rinda gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Rinda won't allow Acemoglu to sweep him here.
Rinda wants to control from the top but Acemoglu keeps moving.
Acemoglu not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Acemoglu looking to hit a scissor sweep but Rinda is one step ahead there.

Rinda thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Acemoglu wants to sweep here but Rinda controlling him for the moment.
Acemoglu is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Acemoglu dips to his left and cracks Rinda with an uppercut!

Rinda shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Acemoglu napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Acemoglu is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Rinda's leg. Oh but that's left an opportunity for Rinda! He's got an arm triangle... it looks tight! He's rotating and Acemoglu has tapped! This one is allllll over!
