Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mike Killer!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Robert Twigg and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Killer swings for the body but Jones moves out of range.
Killer throws a head kick that misses.

Jones gets the takedown into side control.
Jones is staying tight to Killer's torso, preventing him from escaping.
Jones looks up at the clock and then as Killer takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Jones smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Jones in side control lands a decent elbow.

Killer is looking for a sweep.
Killer is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Jones is controlling him well.

Killer is trying to stand.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Jones seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Killer throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Jones sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Killer's guard.
Jones winds up and cracks Killer with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Killer lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!

Jones tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Killer smiles and moves away.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Jones is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Killer can do to turn this around?

Killer's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Jones fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
You get the feeling that Killer really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Jones cracks Killer with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Killer is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.

Killer tries to buck Jones off but he can't manage it.
Jones is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Killer can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Justice Jones overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Jones connects with a nice short shot to Killer's temple.

Killer wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Jones manages to pass to side control.

Killer tries to kick Jones off but Jones keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Killer lands a head kick!

Mike Killer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Jones counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Mike Killer has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
