Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pupuki Namasuzuki (ranked 101 p4p, 64 weight class) and Viktor Babinski (ranked 18 p4p, 8 weight class). Namasuzuki comes to the cage accompanied by Stand By Me- Ben King. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 19 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Pupuki Namasuzuki!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 9 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Viktor Babinski!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Percy O'Donnell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Babinski replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Namasuzuki blocks it well.

Namasuzuki uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Babinski.

and Babinski counters with a straight right hand.

Babinski appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
Namasuzuki tries for a takedown but Babinski sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Namasuzuki is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Namasuzuki seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Babinski can do anything to dispel that myth.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

and Babinski counters with a crisp one two that drops Namasuzuki! Babinski thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Namasuzuki to his feet! Namasuzuki is in big trouble!

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.

Babinski takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

and Namasuzuki counters with a stiff right hand.
The fighters circling - Babinski throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Namasuzuki shoots in looking for a takedown but Babinski manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Namasuzuki's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Babinski's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Oh Namasuzuki is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Namasuzuki is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Babinski doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Namasuzuki crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Namasuzuki's bad books for that mishap!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:14 of round 4, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Viktor Babinski!
A very excited looking Viktor Babinski rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
