The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rotiz feints and as Monster raises his hands in defense, Rotiz changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Monster has momentary wrist control but Rotiz slips an elbow through the middle.
Monster is rocked!
Rotiz loads up on a big left hand. Monster felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Rotiz looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Monster can't hide his disappointment, as Rotiz celebrates the victory.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Toti Rotiz!
Toti Rotiz was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
