The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wayne throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Wayne steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Gascoigne.
Wayne lands a glancing blow to the side of Gascoigne's head.

It looks like Paul Gascoigne has been cut.
Wayne throws a low kick but Gascoigne avoids it.
Wayne misses with a kick to the body.
Wayne swings widly with a right hand
letting Gascoigne counter with a right hand.

It looks like Anthony Wayne has been cut.
Wayne throws a hook to the side of Gascoigne's head but Gascoigne sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Despite the aggression on Gascoigne's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Gascoigne throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Wayne fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Gascoigne manages to avoid it.
Wayne takes a swing at Gascoigne's ribcage but misses.
Gascoigne now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Gascoigne tries to clinch but Wayne is having none of it.
Wayne throws a body kick that misses.
Wayne scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Wayne rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Gascoigne counters with a straight right hand.

Gascoigne tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

Gascoigne throws a looping overhand right but Wayne ducks down to avoid it.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Wayne throws a jab when Gascoigne was well out of range.
Gascoigne looks like he wanted to counter with a high kick but didn't throw it.
Gascoigne cracks Wayne with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Wayne misses with a low kick.
Anthony Wayne seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Gascoigne counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Wayne throws a hook to the side of Gascoigne's head but Gascoigne sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Wayne is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Gascoigne takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gascoigne throws a right and a left that Wayne avoids nicely.
Wayne slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Wayne scores with a punch to the head.

That has opened up Paul Gascoigne's cut even more.

Wayne drops Gascoigne with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Gascoigne looks back up at him and smiles so Wayne waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Gascoigne is rocked!

Wayne cracks Gascoigne with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Gascoigne looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Wayne finish him?
Gascoigne is still on wobbly legs! Can Wayne finish him?
Wayne misses with an uppercut. Gascoigne saw that one coming.
A big right from Wayne misses.
Gascoigne seems to have recovered his senses.
Crack! Wayne connects with the perfect overhand right and Gascoigne falls face first to the canvas. Timbeeeeeeeer! Beautiful knockout for Wayne!
