Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lasner gets the takedown into side control.
Jeez, both these guys look absolutely knackered already, that's not a good sign!
Lasner in side control, throwing shots but Gonzales defends.
Lasner has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Gonzales has Lasner up against the cage in a clinch.
Lasner prevents a takedown attempt there.
Gonzales throws a punch but it's blocked by Lasner.
Lasner tightens his grip and picks Gonzales up, before dumping him to the ground. Gonzales manages to land in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lasner throws a big right hand that misses.
Lasner wants to control from the top but Gonzales keeps moving.
Lasner loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Gonzales working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Lasner doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Lasner manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Lasner wants to pass the guard but Gonzales is keeping the position.
Gonzales looking to hit a scissor sweep but Lasner is one step ahead there.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Gonzales is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Lasner tries to stand but Gonzales is controlling from the bottom.
Gonzales throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

Oh but Gonzales is tightening it up a little... Lasner has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Lasner reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Lasner taps out! nice BJJ there by Gonzales!
