Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Raphael Azevedo Souza!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Thomas Chong!
The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, David Hoff and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Azevedo Souza has taken the fight to the clinch.
Azevedo Souza tries to throw a body punch but Chong avoids it by throwing Azevedo Souza back against the cage.
Chong is stalling here.

Chong continues to stall. The referee tells him to work or he's going to break them up.

Chong swings wildly with an uppercut but Azevedo Souza uses good head movement to avoid it.
Azevedo Souza scores with a shoulder strike.
Azevedo Souza goes for a takedown attempt but Chong pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Chong looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Chong lands with a thumping leg kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A head kick misses from Chong.
Azevedo Souza was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Chong is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Chong throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Azevedo Souza counters with a nice right hand that sends Chong toppling to the canvas! Chong scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Azevedo Souza finish him?!
Chong is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Azevedo Souza sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Chong's defenses. It connects perfectly with Chong's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!
