Morales definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Tarlac lands a nice leg kick that just misses Morales's sensitive parts.
Tarlac throws a right and a left that Morales avoids nicely.
Morales was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
