Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tank McGee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ronald Murvis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Ronald Murvis enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tank McGee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ronald Murvis!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Cecil Peabody and Tiny Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Murvis misses with a straight left.

McGee drives through and clinches with Murvis against the cage.
McGee keeps control of Murvis as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Murvis trying to stall but McGee improves his position.

McGee is trying to trip Murvis. He has hold of a leg but Murvis is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. McGee persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Murvis is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

McGee drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and McGee jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
McGee is pushing down on Murvis's leg trying to pass to half guard. Murvis is fighting to maintain full guard but McGee has managed to sneak the leg through.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Murvis is trying to stand up here but McGee is controlling him well.
McGee is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.

That's one minute gone in the round.
McGee wants to control but Murvis is keeping him busy.
Murvis is looking to improve his position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
McGee content to control rather than advance.
McGee wants to lay and pray for a moment but Murvis keeps working.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Murvis is trying to get back to full guard.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.

McGee decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.

McGee shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. McGee showed some decent athleticism there.
Murvis is trying to defend against the ground and pound but McGee scores with a couple of nice shots.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
McGee stalling away here and it's allowed Murvis to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.

McGee decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
McGee is breathing heavily.
Murvis cracks McGee with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! McGee looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Murvis finish him?

It looks like Tank McGee has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
McGee is holding his hands too far apart here. Murvis throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! McGee is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!
