The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Akin dodges the punch combination from Oberlander.
Marko Oberlander seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Oberlander throws a hook to the side of Akin's head but Akin sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Oberlander scores with a punch to the head.
Akin uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Oberlander.
A countering left hand to the body from Akin misses.
Oberlander moves away from the strike by Akin.
Oberlander definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Oberlander cracks Akin with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Oberlander has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Akin to stand back up!
