PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Adam East (ranked 1932 p4p, 3096 weight class) and Billy Conforto (ranked 276 p4p, 402 weight class). Conforto has chosen Alabama- Bishop Gunn as his entrance music. Billy Conforto told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
East uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Conforto.
Conforto throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
The crowd cheers as East lands an impressive looking overhand right. Conforto doesn't seem phased though.

It looks like Billy Conforto has been cut.
East looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
East scores with a nice strike.
East misses with an uppercut. Conforto saw that one coming.
East shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Conforto swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
