Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Kalama (ranked 4708 p4p, 6647 weight class) and Stefanus Struvious (ranked 0 p4p, 684 weight class). Struvious is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by I Am Stronger. Stefanus Struvious will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kalama tries to close the distance and clinch up but Struvious swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Kalama scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Struvious looks winded!
Kalama fails with the takedown.
Stefanus Struvious seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kalama tries to clinch but Struvious is having none of it.

Struvious is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Kalama has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Struvious is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
With the fighters up against the cage, Kalama throws an elbow but misses.
Kalama pushes off an throws an elbow but Struvious leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Struvious has Kalama pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Kalama manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Struvious is fighting off a takedown attempt but Kalama is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Struvious to the mat. Struvious regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Kalama slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Kalama wants to get up but he can't break Struvious's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Kalama knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Struvious on the ground.

Kalama stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
Struvious needs to keep his hands up - Kalama had a free shot at his head there.
Kalama looks to land a combination. Struvious sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

It looks like Stefanus Struvious has been cut.

Kalama has managed to clinch.
Kalama is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Struvious pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Kalama has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Struvious is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Struvious's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Kalama lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Struvious backs up against the cage.
Kalama shoots in but no luck this time.
Struvious checks the leg kick.
Struvious throws a sloppy head kick and Kalama moves out of range easily.
Kalama cracks Struvious with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Struvious falls to his knees and Kalama doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
