The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tandberg ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Turles moves away.
Turles changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Turles shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Tandberg counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Turles has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Cozad MMA Las Vegas in the buildup to the fight.

Tandberg sends Turles crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Tandberg is motioning to the referee to let Turles up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Turles shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Tandberg rattles Turles with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Turles tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Tandberg dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Turles stiff and motionless on the mat!
