Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sonny Day!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Robert Douchet and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Day throws a series of punches but Eh moves out of range.
Day throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Eh sees it coming and avoids it easily.
A swing and a miss from Day.
A jab from Day misses.
Eh attempts a counter takedown but Day avoids it well and moves away.
Eh ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Eh fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Day to the ground. Eh is now in Day's guard.
Eh connects with a couple of short punches.
Eh passes Day's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Eh lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Eh looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Eh seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Day for as long as he can get away with.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Eh lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Eh lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Day quite badly. Day pulls Eh in close trying to recover. Eh postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Day on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Day doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sorry Eh!
