The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Alyoshin throws a looping overhand right but Anderson ducks down to avoid it.
Alyoshin throws a right and a left that both miss.
Alyoshin fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Anderson on the side of the head.

It looks like Noah Anderson has been cut.
Alyoshin throws a lazy body kick
and Anderson counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Anderson scores with a nice body kick.
Alyoshin fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Anderson has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Anderson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Alyoshin moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Alyoshin tries to bum rush Anderson with a series of wild strikes but Anderson uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

and Alyoshin counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Alyoshin takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Alyoshin is breathing heavily.
A nice inside leg kick there by Anderson. That's going to slow Alyoshin down.
Alyoshin fails with an attempt to clinch.
We've been informed that Anderson has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Alyoshin misses with a jab to the body
and Anderson counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Anderson tries to land a front kick but Alyoshin steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Anderson.
Anderson throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Alyoshin has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Just a bunch of gays in the buildup to the fight.

Alyoshin takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Anderson changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Alyoshin darts in trying to clinch
and Anderson counters with a stiff jab, followed by a cross and an uppercut! That's too much punishment for Alyoshin to take - he tumbles to the canvas, blood pouring from his nose, barely conscious. That's the end of the fight! Great knockout by Anderson!
