Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Razor Ramon (ranked 5298 p4p, 25799 weight class) and Jorge Rom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Razor Ramon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Jorge Rom!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Radbod Blank and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ramon throws a hook but Rom avoids it easily.
Ramon throws a big shot that misses.
Rom on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Ramon scores with a jab to the jaw.
Ramon lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Ramon scores with a shot to the body.
Ramon tests Rom's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Rom shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Ramon defends it nicely.
Razor Ramon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rom takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Rom throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ramon's waist but Ramon gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Rom off to one side.
Ramon cracks Rom with an open hand slap.
Ramon is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Ramon misses with a wild body shot.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ramon is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Nice jab there from Ramon.

Rom uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Ramon.
Rom closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Rom lands in his opponent's guard.
Ramon not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Ramon knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Rom on the ground.
Ramon is looking to stand back up but Rom counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Ramon.
Ramon is in trouble now - Rom has advanced to mount!
Ramon tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Rom lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Rom wants to finish this one by submission but Ramon is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Rom.

Ramon is trying to stand but he's just given Rom his back.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Rom trying to secure his dominant position for a moment - making sure Ramon doesn't escape.
Ramon is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.

Rom controlling the position well here. Ramon rolled but Rom kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
Rom somehow managing to miss with a strike from the back.
Rom is working for a rear naked choke. Ramon is not defending it well and Rom has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Ramon refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Ramon's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
