The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tomoko fails with a takedown attempt.
Tomoko darts in looking for a takedown but Locke gets double underhooks and turns Tomoko into the cage.
Locke throws a big counter combination but Tomoko scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Locke definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Ryan Locke seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Locke scores with a crisp jab that stopped Tomoko in his tracks.
Tomoko doesn't manage to clinch there - Locke circles away.
Tomoko fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Ryan Locke has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Horiuchi Tomoko.
Locke throws a series of punches but Tomoko avoids them all with ease.

Locke catches Tomoko napping and connects with a big right hand that sends Tomoko to the canvas!

It looks like Horiuchi Tomoko has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Locke stands and steps away. Tomoko gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Tomoko is still on wobbly legs! Can Locke finish him?
Locke lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Tomoko head around and knocks him out cold! Locke hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.
