Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Emilio Sanchez!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Steve Montenegro and David Schapiro.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fermier throws a shot from downtown. Sanchez moves away and avoids it.
And Sanchez tries to counter it with a takedown but Fermier pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Fermier gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Sanchez trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

Fermier is looking to cinch up a triangle. Sanchez throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Fermier's body to avoid the submission. Fermier has instead reached around Sanchez's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Fermier arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
