Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bob Cow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and kevin ferguson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The fight stays on the outside here - ferguson looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Cow shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and ferguson counters with a straight right hand.
ferguson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Cow pinned against the cage. Cow gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

ferguson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Cow tries to avoid it but ferguson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Cow to the ground. Cow escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Cow connects with a high kick.

and Cow counters with a head kick. That will keep ferguson thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

ferguson manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Cow manages to get himself to full guard.

ferguson has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Cow is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for ferguson.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

ferguson bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Cow won't let ferguson get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if ferguson can do anything to dispel that myth.

Cow fails to pull guard.

Cow tightens his grip and picks ferguson up, before dumping him to the ground. ferguson manages to land in guard.
Cow with a flurry of punches that miss.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Bob Cow.
I think Cow has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
