The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thibodeaux waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Tycoon.
Thibodeaux throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
As Thibodeaux looks to move away, Tycoon throws a big counter combo but Thibodeaux just gets out of the way.
Thibodeaux takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Thibodeaux connects with a right hand. Tycoon shakes it off.
Thibodeaux displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Tycoon throws out the jab.

Thibodeaux tries to bum rush Tycoon with a series of wild strikes but Tycoon uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Thibodeaux looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Tycoon missing with a left hand there. Thibodeaux was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Thibodeaux! But no joy.
Tycoon throws a low kick but Thibodeaux avoids it.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Thibodeaux ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Tycoon moves away.

Thibodeaux looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

Thibodeaux throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Tycoon stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Thibodeaux lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Tycoon circles away quickly and effectively.
Jamal Thibodeaux seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Thibodeaux rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Tycoon counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.
