PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Raven Harris (ranked 4476 p4p, 5996 weight class) and Geert Visser (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Raven Harris!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Geert Visser!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Daniel Blasius and Paulsen Ambrosius.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harris lands with a straight right. Visser didn't see that one coming.
Harris lands with a cross.
Visser tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Harris defends well and Visser ends up having to push Harris into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Visser looks to score with a jab to the body but Harris is just out of range.

Visser shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

It looks like Visser might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Harris definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Visser is working Harris over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Visser makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

Harris knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Visser on the ground.
Harris is looking to stand up but Visser isn't so interested in that idea.

We've been informed that Visser has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.

Visser postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Harris on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Harris doesn't seem to be complaining too much.

A very excited looking Geert Visser made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
