And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Darren Burns!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Gregory Folan and Robert Douchet.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burns scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Money tries to clinch but Burns moves out of range.
Burns misses with a wild combination.
Burns tries a head kick but it misses.
Money tries to work over Burns's front leg with a kick but Burns checks it.
Burns works over Money's head and body with a nice combination.
Burns tries for a takedown but Money sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Burns lands a body shot.

Burns has managed to clinch.
Money with a knee to the head.
Money throws a knee to the head but misses.
Money with an attempt at a knee that misses.

Money is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.

Burns stands and steps away. Money gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

and Burns counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Money is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Burns throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Horrible takedown by Burns or perhaps it was just good defense by Money which made him look bad.

Money using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Burns has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Burns shoots in looking for a takedown. Money tries to sprawl out of it but Burns keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Money manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Lil Sauce Money has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Darren Burns.
Burns rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Money moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Money stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Burns swivels though and keeps the full guard.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Burns tries to roll over but Money keeps him under control.
Money wants to pass the guard but Burns is defending well.
Money working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Burns's thigh. Burns counters though and makes it back to full guard.
Money wants to control from the top but Burns keeps moving.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Money won't allow Burns to get back to his feet.
Money pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Burns is keeping the position for now.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Burns ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Money moves away.
Money connects with a high kick.
Burns circles away from the clinch attempt

and Burns counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Burns.

And that's the end of the fight!
Lil Sauce Money showed his dominance in that final round.
