The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Novikov feints and as Hattori raises his hands in defense, Novikov changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Hattori has momentary wrist control but Novikov slips an elbow through the middle.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Hattori takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Novikov cracks Hattori with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Novikov immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Hattori is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Novikov!
