Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dee Pain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Larson Greenwood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pain comes into the arena with AC/DC - If you want Blood (You've got it) blaring out of the sound system. Greenwood comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Urge Overkill - Girl you'll be a woman soon kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pain looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Greenwood is fending him off so far but Pain persists. Nope, Greenwood circles away and we're back to standing.

Pain dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Greenwood. That did some damage!

Pain with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Greenwood to score with a decent uppercut.

Larson Greenwood is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Greenwood fails in his attempt to clinch.
Pain scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Pain swings away with an uppercut that misses.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Pain throws a series of punches but Greenwood moves out of range.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Pain.
Pain throws a right and a left that both miss.
Greenwood fails to land with a series of punches.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Larson Greenwood dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Horrible takedown by Pain or perhaps it was just good defense by Greenwood which made him look bad.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Pain. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Pain looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Greenwood with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Pain uses his free foot to push down on Greenwood's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Greenwood.

Greenwood tries to hold on but Pain pushes him away.
Pain throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.

Pain has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Pain postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Greenwood in real trouble here! The ref calls for Greenwood to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
