The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pemberton swings widly with a right hand
and Rossi counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Rossi lands with an overhand left.
Rossi jabs Pemberton to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Anthony Pemberton seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pemberton misses with a shot to the body

and Rossi counters with a nice right hand that sends Pemberton toppling to the canvas! Pemberton scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Rossi finish him?!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Pemberton bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Rossi comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Pemberton falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Pemberton was out before he hit the floor!
