Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Mmm Mmm (ranked 24740 p4p, 6813 weight class) and Zambosurian Inday (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 26 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mmm Mmm!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 15 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Zambosurian Inday!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Frank Dennis and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Mmm.
Inday follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.
Mmm shoots and misses
and Inday finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Inday lands with a nice body kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Inday closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Inday is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Mmm is trying to control but can't.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Inday in particular looking to stall.
It looks like Inday might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Mmm wants to get back to his feet.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Inday slows the pace down in half guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

Inday shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Mmm's guard.
Mmm pulls Inday in close to his closed guard and prevents Inday from doing any damage or advancing position.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Mmm is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Inday controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Inday accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Inday slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
Mmm circles away from the clinch attempt.
Mmm is looking to counter with a body kick.
Mmm misses with a takedown attempt - Inday sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Inday follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Zambosurian Inday dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Inday gets the takedown into side control.
Inday is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Mmm will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mmm wants to control but Inday postures up.
Inday slows the pace down.
Mmm is pushing Inday's head away, looking to escape. Inday manages to hold on to the position though.

Inday controls the position from side control.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mmm is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Inday is controlling him well.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
Mmm is trying hard to land a takedown here. Inday sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Inday is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Inday shoots in for a double leg but Mmm sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Inday has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Mmm stuffs the takedown.

Inday closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Mmm to the mat! Mmm manages to get full guard.
Inday is standing up over Mmm. Mmm looks to escape but Inday dives into side control.
Zambosurian Inday has got the better of the ground game so far.

Inday is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Mmm's shoulder. That is not cool.
Mmm pushes Inday away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Inday gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Inday sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Mmm is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Mmm wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
Inday controlling from side mount.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Mmm wants to get back to his feet but Inday drags him back down.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Zambosurian Inday showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Mmm tries to score a power double leg takedown but Inday sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Mmm somewhat.
Mmm fails with a takedown attempt.
Inday steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.

That's one minute gone in the round.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mmm leaves Inday with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Mmm throws a quick counter kick to the body but Inday avoids it.

Inday gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Mmm to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Mmm preventing the sweep.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Mmm not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Inday wants to sweep but no luck.
Mmm would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Inday managing to control the position.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Inday is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Mmm closes the distance and clinches up with Inday, looking for a takedown. Mmm pushes Inday against the cage but Inday circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mmm Mmm. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Inday closes this distance looking for a takedown but Mmm circles away.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Inday feints and as Mmm raises his hands in defense, Inday changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Mmm wants to stand up but Inday is controlling him.
Mmm trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
Mmm Mmm has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Zambosurian Inday is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Inday is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Mmm is wriggling around but Inday manages to pass to half guard.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Zambosurian Inday.
Well Inday has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
