The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Justice closes the distance and clinches.
Justice is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Barnes to keep the fight standing.

Justice drags the fight down to the ground.

Justice throws his legs up looking for a submission but Barnes uses it to pass to side control.
Justice is looking to reverse the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Justice is working hard here to advance position.
Justice is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Barnes wants to lay and pray for a moment but Justice keeps working.
Justice wants to get back to full guard.
Barnes is keen to just control but Justice is a slippery customer.
Justice regains full guard. Nicely done.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Justice escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Barnes gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Barnes stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Justice swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Justice's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Justice has his foot on Barnes's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Barnes works his way back into a safe position though.

Justice pushes a forearm under Barnes's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Barnes is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
