Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chen Denghui (ranked 4286 p4p, 24402 weight class) and Kong Donkur (ranked 0 p4p, 647 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Kong Donkur enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Donkur looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Denghui shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Donkur counters with a head kick. That will keep Denghui thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Donkur closes this distance looking for a takedown but Denghui circles away.
Denghui seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Donkur shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Denghui but Denghui pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Chen Denghui has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kong Donkur.
Donkur shoots in and drives through. Denghui sprawls well.
As Donkur tries to get set, Denghui tries to push him back and clinch up but Donkur manages to avoid the attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Donkur fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Denghui sprawls well initially but Donkur persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Denghui is pressing down on Donkur's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Donkur looking to sit in guard and control but Denghui gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Donkur has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Donkur is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Denghui defends well.

Donkur lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Donkur drops back, looking for a kneebar! Denghui looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Denghui looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Denghui!

Donkur tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Denghui wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Denghui is looking to take a break and control but Donkur is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Denghui works to advance to full mount. Donkur defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Denghui is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Donkur still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Donkur has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Donkur is working to tighten his grip on Denghui's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Denghui has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Donkur is really squeezing tight and eventually Denghui passes out! Donkur breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
