Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ryo Hamada (ranked 851 p4p, 1975 weight class) and Jesse Custer (ranked 113 p4p, 249 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hamada looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Hamada accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Custer really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hamada. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Hamada drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Hamada jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Custer fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Hamada square on the jaw! Damn, Hamada is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!
