Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Quidarius Freeman (ranked 4663 p4p, 4748 weight class) and Norman Knight (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Knight enables Freeman to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Knight manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Knight can do anything to dispel that myth.

Freeman got a little sloppy there for a moment and Knight has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Freeman has managed to get both his arms back between Knight's legs - danger averted.

Knight working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Freeman doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Freeman manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Freeman lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

Freeman is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Knight doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Freeman.
Freeman lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Knight quite badly. Knight pulls Freeman in close trying to recover. Freeman postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Knight on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Knight doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
