Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Aldemir Santos!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santos fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Santos shoots in for a takedown but Punter shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Jack Punter has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Aldemir Santos.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Santos.
Punter ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Santos moves away.
Santos feints the counter takedown.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Punter scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Santos doesn't seem bothered though.

Nice uppercut lands for Punter. That snapped Santos's head back.
Punter scores with a crisp jab that stopped Santos in his tracks.
Punter wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Punter bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Punter changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Punter uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Santos has time to react.
Santos finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Punter's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Santos falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!
