Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shay Hendrikx (ranked 5901 p4p, 2120 weight class) and Brock Karelin (ranked 180 p4p, 76 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Brock Karelin was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Karelin on the wrong end of a nice hook.

It looks like Brock Karelin has been cut.
Karelin avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Karelin walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Karelin drives through with a takedown into Hendrikx's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Karelin has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Hendrikx is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Karelin yanks on the arm and Hendrikx is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Karelin.
