The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carter takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Carter takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Rumble with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Carter misses with a wild combination.
Rumble lands with a thumping leg kick.
Rumble throws a nice inside leg kick.
Rumble definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Rumble changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Carter looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Carter explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!

Rumble misses with a jab, cross combination.
Rumble moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

Rumble closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Carter quickly recovers to half guard.

Rumble closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Carter pushes Rumble off and gets back to his feet.
Carter is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Carter uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Rumble.
Despite the aggression on Carter's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
A chopping leg kick lands by Rumble.
Carter swings for the body but Rumble moves out of range.

Carter fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Rumble on the side of the head.
Rumble with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Rumble throws a series of punches but Carter avoids them all with ease.
Carter rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Rumble moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Rumble fires out a quick counter leg kick but Carter just manages to avoid it.
Danga de danga de dang - Carter scores with a four punch combination!
Carter takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Rumble closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Carter quickly recovers to half guard.

Carter scores with a one two! Rumble had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Rumble misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Carter.
Rumble plants his feet and throws a brutal three punch combo that sends Carter swiftly into unconsciousness! Right, left, right! Boom, boom, boom! Carter face plants, battered and bloodied! He might never be the same again after that finish!
