And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Macuhica Perlain!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Perlain lands a nice leg kick that just misses Vidal's sensitive parts.
Perlain throws a combination that misses
and Vidal counters with a one-two to the body.

Perlain gets tackled into the cage by Vidal. Vidal maintains the clinch.

Vidal breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Vidal moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Perlain connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Vidal takes the fight into the clinch.

Perlain escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Vidal gets in close and instigates a clinch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Vidal breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Perlain thows a leg kick but Vidal checks it

and Vidal counters with a crisp one two that drops Perlain! Vidal thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Perlain to his feet! Perlain is in big trouble!

Perlain is rocked!

Vidal instigates a clinch.
Perlain is still on wobbly legs! Can Vidal finish him?

Vidal jumps guard.
Vidal is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Vidal lands a big elbow - Perlain is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Vidal!
