The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Jorge Garcia and Franklyn Lucas.


The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.

Coe throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Torres was covering up waiting for the punch and Coe finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Torres has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Coe has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

We've been hearing good reports from Coe's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Coe has hold of Torres's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Torres manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Coe jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Torres is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Torres and Coe has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Coe is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Torres is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
