Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Vinicius Verreira (ranked 627 p4p, 676 weight class) and Guy River (ranked 90 p4p, 98 weight class). River comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Gabon National Anthem kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Vinicius Verreira!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Guy River!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Verreira closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Verreira is looking to take a break and control but River is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
We've been hearing that Verreira has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
