Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Steve Smith and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Jah looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Dumonte misses with a two punch combination.
Dumonte throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Jah on the side of the head.
Dumonte looks to land a combination. Jah sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Jah jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Dumonte swinging wilding here.
Dumonte throws a series of punches but Jah moves out of range.
Dumonte tries a head kick but it misses.
Dumonte slips a straight right by Jah.
Dumonte fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Dumonte misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jah tries to clinch but Dumonte moves out of range.
Jah is looking to clinch.
Dumonte throws a jab when Jah was well out of range.
Jah doesn't manage to clinch there - Dumonte circles away.
Jah on the wrong end of a nice jab.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Jah closes the distance and pushes Dumonte back into the cage.
Dumonte breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Jah tries to clinch there but Dumonte circles away.

A head kick misses from Dumonte.

Nice combo by Dumonte! Oh, that's hurt him - Jah falls to the canvas and Dumonte follows him into side control.
Jah is rocked!
It looks like Joh Jah has been cut.
Dumonte scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Jah is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Dumonte can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Paul Dumonte!
