The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gill fails with the takedown
and Benyam counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Gill pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Benyam scores with a shot to the body.
Benyam looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Gill stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Benyam.
Benyam works Gill's body with a nice hook.
Gill is breathing heavily.
Gill on the wrong end of a nice hook.

Benyam feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Gill sprawling to the canvas! Gill rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Benyam finish him?!

Gill is rocked!

Benyam sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Gill's defenses. It connects perfectly with Gill's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!
