Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 25 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Frog Ribbit!
The judges for this bout are Chris Dean, Bruno Hogan and Eliza Hachem.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ribbit feints and then cracks Troeng's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Troeng down.
Ribbit throws a poor cross that misses
and Troeng counters with a straight right hand.
Troeng looks to land a combination but Ribbit avoids it well.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Troeng tries a knee to the head but Ribbit blocks it.
Ribbit misses with a hook from the clinch.
Troeng with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Ribbit lands a nice uppercut.
Ribbit tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Troeng's elbow.

Ribbit breaks the clinch.
Troeng tries to clinch up but Ribbit circles away and keeps his distance.
Troeng throws a good cross that connects.

Troeng fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Ribbit, pushing him back against the cage.
We've been informed that Ribbit has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Troeng throws a knee to the head but misses.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Troeng throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Ribbit blocks it with crossed arms.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Ribbit creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Ribbit stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Troeng is pushing Ribbit up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Ribbit fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

Troeng breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

The fight stays on the outside here - Troeng looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Ribbit and Troeng are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Ribbit throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Troeng into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Ribbit knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.

A relieved looking Frog Ribbit thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
