Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gary Garrison (ranked 3276 p4p, 6087 weight class) and Dave Hampton (ranked 413 p4p, 0 weight class). Garrison comes into the arena with 300 Violin Orchestra blaring out of the sound system. Dave Hampton has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Gary Garrison!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Dave Hampton!
The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Winston Alpacca and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garrison misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Garrison lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hampton circles away quickly and effectively.
Horrible takedown attempt by Hampton or perhaps it was just good defense by Garrison, which made it look bad.
Donk. Garrison catches Hampton right on the button with a cross.
Hampton dives in and grabs Garrison's left leg, looking for a takedown. Garrison pushes down on Hampton's head and hops out.
Garrison went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Garrison throws a nice looking combination but Hampton bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Garrison, as that shot connected.
Garrison uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Hampton has time to react.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Garrison!
This has been an exciting period of action!
A big right followed by a crushing left from Garrison knocks Hampton out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Gary Garrison!
Gary Garrison was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
