Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lemongrass Rosenthal!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Fedor Mirinova and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taranin waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Rosenthal.
Rosenthal throws a shot from downtown. Taranin moves away and avoids it.
Taranin uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Rosenthal.
Rosenthal lands an overhand right.
Taranin staying out of range there.
Rosenthal gets the takedown into side control.
Rosenthal working away.
Rosenthal working the head with strikes.
Taranin manages to work his way to half guard, despite Rosenthal's best efforts.
Taranin is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Rosenthal's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Rosenthal's back!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Rosenthal wants to control his opponent's hands but Taranin gets his hands free.
Rosenthal avoids the strikes from Taranin.
Rosenthal looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Taranin is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Rosenthal knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Rosenthal for a finish.
Taranin is looking for the choke from the back position but Rosenthal is controlling his hands well.

Rosenthal tries to roll but Taranin sticks to his back.

Rosenthal is trying to defend against the choke here but Taranin has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Taranin Tightens the hold and Rosenthal taps out furiously! Taranin displays superior BJJ to win the fight.

A very excited looking Maksim Taranin rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
