The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Phzin throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Tillich swings for the body but Phzin moves out of range.
Phzin jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Phzin swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Phzin lands a nice shot to the body.

letting Phzin counter with a right hand.
Phzin works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Phzin lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Tillich at a distance.
Tillich lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Tillich tries to clinch but Phzin moves out of range.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Tillich uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Phzin.
Tillich throws a right hand that Phzin ducks under and follows up with a left that Phzin also avoids with ease.
Tillich misses with the combination.
Manuel Tillich seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tillich rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Phzin moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Phzin appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Phzin uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Tillich.

Phzin throws a jab but it's blocked by Tillich.
Phzin stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Tillich forces Phzin back against the cage and clinches.

Tillich is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Phzin is defending well for now.
